1731 Rhode Island Ave

The 1731 Rhode Island Ave project is a large-scale multifamily apartment development located in Washington, DC. Constructed from the ground up, the project transformed a previously undeveloped site into a modern residential building featuring structured parking, residential units, and complete mechanical infrastructure throughout the property. JC Mechanical & Plumbing LLC was responsible for delivering full HVAC and plumbing systems for both the building's common infrastructure and individual residential units. Scope of work included underground and vertical plumbing systems, mechanical room infrastructure, HVAC distribution systems, ventilation, and fixture installations throughout the building. The project showcases our ability to execute complex mechanical systems within large multi-story developments, coordinating installations from foundation through final completion.
