Highlands Flats

The Highlands Flats project is a multifamily residential development located at 5702 Georgia Ave NW in Washington, DC. JC Mechanical & Plumbing LLC provided HVAC and plumbing systems throughout the development, supporting the mechanical infrastructure required for the building and its residential units. Scope of work included HVAC systems, underground plumbing, injector and sump pump systems, and complete residential plumbing installations, including water heaters, tubs, showers, sinks, diverters, faucets, and drains. The project demonstrates JC Mechanical & Plumbing’s ability to deliver coordinated mechanical and plumbing solutions for multifamily developments from foundational infrastructure through final installations.
